I am committed to delivering high-quality legal services to my clients and continuously strive to improve in all aspects of the legal representation experience. Implementing a continuous quality improvement system ensures clients expectations will be met. As part of the quality improvement system, continuing education and learning is a combination of both attending training seminars and partnering with other attorneys. The process involves steps to ensure client needs are identified; legal issues and potential resolutions are identified early in the process; to ensure client communication is responsive; to ensure advice meets professional standards; and to check-in throughout the process including a rigorous routine of case review that have been commended by demanding commercial and private clients.
